What we know about Volcanoes

Everest

We have been learning about Sir Edmund Hillary and his expedition up Mount Everest with Tenzing Norgay. We pretended that we went along with him on this expedition and got to stand on the top of Mount Everest.  We wrote postcards home telling our family and friends what it was like.

Our Recycled Robots

Last term we learnt about recycling. We decided to collect junk from home to create our very own recycled robot. Among our recycled finds were cereal boxes, milk bottles, lids, egg cartons and even some takeaway coffee cup lids.  It took us two weeks to work through the design process, firstly coming up with an idea, creating our design to making and decorating our robots. Aren't they amazing!
