MHP's Got Talent

Introducing our marvellous Magician and our fabulous Pianist! 

On Friday MHP held it's first MHP's Got Talent. There were lots of musicians, gymnasts and dancers. Brenda got through the auditions and was the finalist chosen from LZ19. She gave us a great performance on the keyboard.  Kartik kept us entertained with his magical book.

What a Fantastic end to our week!

This week's assembly was full of surprises.  Victoria presented the poem that she had been learning in her Poetry ACE and was the schools best banker at ASB. Timothy received the excellence reward for his hard work in class. Ryan was our class representative, who picked our Rugby World Cup country that we will learn about and follow in the coming tornament. Go ARGENTINA!!!!

Koru Artwork

This term we looked at the Koru and its importance to Maori. We learnt how to draw a simple one, then we created a A4 piece of artwork with pastel of our simple koru design.
